Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place your unworn, unwashed garments with original tags attached into the original shipping mailer or a secure box.
Apply Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our wellness team inspects the return.
